Big Hit Entertainment(the agency of BTS), scheduled to list on the KOSPI on the 15th Oct.

BTS's agency Big Hit Entertainment(Big Hit), which has grown into a global male vocal group, will be listed on the KOSPI on the 15th.

The Korea Exchange declared that Big Hit's shares will be listed on the stock market on the 15th.

Founded in 2005, Big Hit is an entertainment company that posted around $400 million in sales and $64 million in net profit last year.

The largest shareholder is CEO Bang Si-hyuk, who holds a 34.7 percent stake.

The initial price of Big Hit will be determined from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on the listing day, at a price that combines selling and buying prices between 90~200 percent of the initial public offering price of $110

Based on this starting price, the price limit of 30% up and down is applied.

Big Hit, which has been considered the biggest beneficiary of IPOs in the second half of this year, has attracted $55 billion from subscriptions for general public offering shares.
