BTS, the first winner of the 2020 APAN Music Awards

BTS has become the first winner of the 2020 APAN Music Awards.


The APAN Awards is an award ceremony co-hosted by the Korea Entertainment Management Association and Wade. 
The "APAN Star Awards," an all-channel integrated drama award ceremony, has been held since 2012, and the music award ceremony "APAN Music Awards" has been newly established this year.

BTS won the "No.1 Achievement" award at the 2020 APAN Music Awards, which was televised on January 24.


Twice won the Album of the Year award, Monsta X won the Song of the Year award, and NCT 127 won the Artist of the Year award.


The best male rookie award went to Treasure and the best female rookie award went to HYNN (Park Hye-won).


Kang Daniel, THE BOYZ, MONSTA X, BTS, SEVENTEEN, IZ*ONE, Lim Young-woong, GOT7, NCT 127 and TWICE were selected as the top 10 APAN awards for the 10 best groups or singers last year.


The "Idol Champ Popularity Award," which determines the winners by fans' votes, was awarded by Kang Daniel in both domestic and overseas categories. The 'Men's Group Award' went to BTS in the domestic category and Seventeen in the overseas category.



IU won the "Idol Champ Popularity Award" women's solo in the domestic category, Hwa Sa won the overseas category, IZ*ONE won the female group's domestic category, and BLACKPINK won the overseas category.
